Liked our rooms for a2 bedroom.

I thoroughly enjoyed convenient and good room here.

The morning meal was good with gravy and toast and bagels. The room was kept clean and available for a2 bedroom.

The kickback was a highlight of our stay, especially the

Generous portions and variety. We enjoyed the complimentary drinks as well. Our check-in experience was marred by a lack of clarity on some charges that were applied without explanation.

Where it excels and where it fails

The evening Kickback with dinner and drinks was good. Room comfort was excellent with cozy beds and great cleanliness.

Noise levels disrupted sleep throughout the night, with disturbances from adjacent rooms noticeable. Staff response at the front desk was disappointing, leading to frustration when seeking assistance.

bathroom- potty would not flus - desk person told me that is a consistent problem.

The room was clean and quiet. The check in and check out was fast attentive and easy

The food looked sloppy. The dinning room was messy.

The homemade sausages at breakfast were a standout, pure bliss! I also loved how the hotel was super clean and spacious with a living room area. And two full bathrooms? Game changer!

A heads-up on alcohol vouchers would've helped! Just gotta keep an eye on those treasure cards next time.

The happy hour was amazing! Great snacks and drinks kept our family entertained every evening. Super clean pool area and comfortable beds. Lots of nearby restaurants were a plus.

The breakfast was an impressive selection of hot and cold foods plus the staff was amazingly friendly and personable. Willing to help in any way, sociable, and efficient. The staff was the star of this stay.

The staff did not match the hotel. The staff at this hotel was star but the hotel itself was the burnt rock trail left behind. The hotel was okay, average but outdated and needed serious cleaning. The strangest issue was our arrival. We reserved this at our stop on a 14 hour drive. Upon reservation we were told that doors lock at 10pm making its extremely difficult to even get into the building to check in at midnight when we arrived. The staff apologized and explained why and that they lock doors at 10 but it immediately raised a red flag about the area and was a rough end to a long drive. Overall the staff was great and food was good. Would stay for a night but no longer than that.

The location was convenient to St. Louis with a nearby shuttle bus to Cardinal baseball games. We also liked the free popcorn and beverages in the afternoon. The price was reasonable and considering how crowded the hotel was, it was quiet inside the room.

the location is perfect for weekend city strolls since it's less than a 5-minute walk to several restaurants, and the peaceful parks like pleasant ridge and moody park are just a short drive away, making it easy to unwind after a day of exploring.
